Curator Platform — Privacy Policy

Effective November 2026 · Curator is operated by KTMC Holdings Co. Limited (“KTMC”, “we”).

What we collect

Account details for staff users (name, email, role); the operational records your organization enters or captures — machines, vehicles, maintenance, production, trips, forms — including photos and signatures submitted by drivers and operators; and basic technical logs needed to run the service. Driver and operator pages work from secure links and collect no account information. Location is captured only when a driver or operator allows it on their device (for example, check-in locations and opt-in live location during a trip).

How we use it

Solely to provide Curator to your organization: maintenance forecasting, records, compliance evidence, dispatch and operator workflows, and the reports your administrators run. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your records to advertise to anyone.

Where it lives and who sees it

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Each customer organization’s data is isolated; its administrators control who on their team can see what. If your organization connects an external system (such as its ERP) using an API key or webhook, data flows there under your organization’s control. We share data with no one else except where the law requires.

Photos, signatures and location

Photos and signatures submitted through driver and operator links belong to the submitting organization’s records and are stored privately. The camera is used only when a user chooses to take or attach a photo; location only when the device user grants it.

Retention and deletion

Records are kept for as long as your organization keeps its account, because maintenance and compliance history is the product. Organization administrators can delete documents and records in-app; on termination of an account, data is deleted on request.
